For recurring subscriptions (e.g., The Content Club), payment is billed monthly. Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Refunds are not issued for services already rendered unless otherwise agreed.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and assets created by Notorious Creative remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full. Clients are granted a license to use completed, paid-for deliverables as agreed. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. All website content, including text, graphics, and branding, is owned by Notorious Creative and may not be reused without permission.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide necessary materials, approvals, and access in a timely manner. Delays in delivery caused by the client may affect turnaround times.

5. Limitation of Liability

Notorious Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website or services. While we aim to produce effective marketing results, outcomes such as revenue or lead volume are not guaranteed.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service or access to our platform at our discretion if there is a breach of terms or abuse of services.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
